Omg Im so annoyed

this message keeps popping up about my cellular data and nothing is wrong with my cellular dat. It keeps saying to flip the cellular data thing for the app BUT ITS ALREADY FLIPPED! Im really just really annoyed. I even tried to stop using my cellular data and use wifi but it still doesnt work.
